This includes individual support for personal day-to-day questions as well as resolving professional-life related issues. In both areas, as a coach I encourage your self-reflection and self-awareness and help you make effective use of your resources again.

 

Possible topics might include your personal development, professional enhancement, decision-making conflicts, relationship management, stress management, etc. The method that I mainly apply is called Mindful Analysis.

 

If appropriate, I also refer to Meta or Functional Medicine, Mindfulness & Meditation as well as the ancient Indian healing arts Ayurveda. For I believe that we as human beings consist of three main parts, namely body, mind and soul or spirit, and therefore, it is important to consider all of these levels if you want to reach your goals and live a happy life. So I am using a holistic, that is, whole-body approach during my coachings.
